Device: Any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit the website of Wizard Legal i.e; www.wizardlegal.com and use the services. Service: Refers to the service provided by Wizard Legal Pvt. Ltd as described within the terms and conditions on this website. Refund Policy: The users are aware that Wizard Legal offers legal documents drafted and verified by licensed legal practitioners, e-sign services, cloud storage services and any other services that may arise in the future. The user agrees that the amount is non-refundable after the purchase of the separate document. The user also agrees that any kind of subscription taken shall have a trial period of 7 days after which no refund shall be issued.

The e-sign integration is offered in association with a Certifying Authority and all rate changes, and additions are according to their discretion. Refunds are not available for the following service. Single legal documents if purchased cannot be returned or requested for refund as they are for one time use purposes. Consent: By using our website, registering an account, purchasing documents or subscribing to our subscriptions you hereby consent to our Refund Policy and agree to its terms. Changes to Our Policy: Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies, unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here.
